Thomas W. Onstott, DDS, PC


Dr. O, as he's known as to all his patients, established his practice of General Dentistry in his wife’s hometown of Springfield in September 1, 1977.  He was born in Bristol, VA and grew up in Norris, TN.  He is a graduate of East Tennessee State University and received his dental degree in Memphis from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center at the College of Dentistry.  He served two years as a dentist in the U.S. Navy stationed in Okinawa, Japan and Memphis, TN.  He then taught one year at the UT Dental School prior to moving to Springfield to start his practice.
He is married to the former Mary Dudley Bryant, of Springfield.  They have two children, Will Onstott and Laura Onstott Powell.  Dr. Onstott is the grandfather of five and loves spending time with his grandkids!
He is a member of the American Dental Association, Tennessee Dental Association, and 8th District Dental Society in Clarksville.
Dr. Onstott is a member of Springfield Baptist Church, where he also serves as a deacon.  He is also an active member of the Springfield Rotary Club.  His hobbies include his practice, his home, and he loves to travel! Ask him about all the places he's been... if you have the time to listen to it all!

Larry E. Farris, DDS, MAGD, PC


Dr. Farris has been practicing in Springfield since August 1991.  Prior to coming to Springfield, he attended Arkansas State University in Jonesboro and then moved to the University Of Tennessee Health Science Center College Of Dentistry in Memphis, TN.  He graduated, with honors, in 1990.  After graduation, he completed a general practice residency at University Hospital / University of Florida dental clinic in Jacksonville, FL.
He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Tennessee Dental Association, and the 8th District Dental Society in Clarksville.  He has been a fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry since 2001 and is a Master in the Academy of General Dentistry since August 2011.
Dr. Farris is an active member at Springfield First United Methodist Church.  Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife, JoEllen, and their three college-aged sons, Evan, Ben & Will. A fun fact about Dr. Farris is that he is a HUGE KISS fan! 

Kevin M. Fisher, DDS, PLLC


Dr. Fisher obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree, with honors, from the University of Tennessee at Martin in Biology, with a minor in Chemistry.  Then he went on to the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, TN for Dental school.  He graduated, with honors, as a Doctor of Dental Surgery in 2003.  After graduation, Dr. Fisher moved back to his hometown to begin practicing as a Dentist, with Drs. Onstott and Farris, at the same practice he had been a patient at for most of his life!
He is a current member of the American Dental Association, Tennessee Dental Association, and 8th District Dental Society in Clarksville, TN.  Dr. Fisher was born and raised in Springfield and is an alumnus of Springfield High School.  He is a member of the First United Methodist Church.
He and his wife, Heather, have two teenage daughters, Katy and Perri, who demand most of their free time.  In his free time, he enjoys golfing, running, & attending Titans’ games (he's been a season ticket holder since 2002!)  Kevin is an avid runner and has completed numerous Marathons and half-marathons, including the Dopey Challenge (48.6 miles in 4 days) in Orlando, FL at Disney World in January 2015. You may hear a patient or two refer to Dr. Fisher as "Coach Kevin" because he spent 8 years helping coach his daughters' softball teams with Springfield Parks & Rec (5 as an assistant and 2 as the head coach, which his teams qualified for the state tournaments in 2018 & 2019)! This year, Dr. Fisher is looking forward to being a spectator where he will watch Katy play for Springfield High School and Perri play for Springfield Middle School. Fun fact: the Katy Fisher pictured in the staff photos is his daughter! She assists the front desk after school during her softball off-season!
